Once again... amazing work... I watched Dave Z show the Acronis people things they did not know about windows etc..as he solved a nasty problem with Acronis and backups, etc. The Acronis people were grateful ( I was watching the Chat dialogue on/off during the debug sessions). So now all my systems are TTC (Totally Technology Confident) ... BTW.. in the middle of this ..on Saturday at around 4 pm, I turned on my laptop (it is usually not used for months ) and found some troubles..called Concise.. after hours. Within 10 minutes I got a callback... (Dave Z again... "he can't seem to hide from me" LOL) and he solved the problem in 15 minutes or so .. I sleep better at night knowing Concise is out there... My total company is totally technology dependent. THANKS!
