Q: How much will my e-mail migration cost?
That depends. If you are on our TTC (Total Technology Confidence) plan, email migrations are included in your flat, monthly service fee. If you would prefer to hire Concise just for one-time email migrations, the price will be quoted based upon the number of mailboxes, as well as the current and future providers.
Q: Do I have to pay for shared mailboxes?
Assuming you are migrating to Microsoft Office 365, the answer is no! Shared mailboxes do not require a license with the Microsoft platform.
