| We are seeking a customer-focused Systems Engineer to join our technical services team.
Your role will be to provide on-site and remote technical support of Windows-based systems. As the
successful candidate you will be responsible for customer support including hardware and software installation, integration, maintenance, administration, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Qualifications:
• MCSE or equivalent education with a minimum two years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, servers and various networking equipment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize multiple requests |
