Concise Systems Corporation will not accept applications by phone, fax or mail. To have your program considered for a donation, please submit this application form.

Contributions are limited to Canadian organizations whose primary goal is to serve Canadians. Only registered charitable or non-profit organizations will be considered. Generally not supported are requests from or for:

religious, political or advocacy groups fund-raising activities, including sponsorship of tables, contests, door prizes, raffles, auctions or advertising third party fundraising sporting events or sports teams conferences or seminars obsolete or used equipment

service clubs or fraternal organizations private clubs funded through membership fees scholarships capital campaigns equipment loans or discounts individuals non-curriculum school activities
